Lisa "Bear" Annette Kay daughter of Juanita Robinson was born August 22, 1967 in Caroline County, Virginia. She departed this life after a lengthy illness on Wednesday November 18, 2009 at 7:18pm at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, Virginia. She accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Beulah Baptist Church, Arcadia; she attended Caroline County Public Schools. She was employed as a packer with North American Movers, Fredericksburg, Va. until her health failed. She was a great cook, and she specialized in everything from desserts to the finest dishes. She loved her children with a special passion and had a special way with children. She leaves to cherish her memory one son Alex Kay; two daughters Alicia and Latesha Kay all of Ruther Glen, Va; her mother and step-father John W. and Juanita Robinson both of Ruther Glen, Va; Fiancée Tim Barnett of Ruther Glen, Va; one sister Dorothy Kay of Bowling Green, Va; one step-sister Cheryl Parker; four brothers John Robinson, Michael Kay, and John Bennett all of Ruther Glen, Va; and David Kay of Louisa. A host of aunts; uncles; cousins; and special friends; Mona White; Darryl and Donna Simms. Her last words to her mother were "I want to go home."
